Pennington Auto Center in Salem Illinois is seeking an energetic and ambitious, highly motivated individual to fill the position of SALES ASSOCIATE. This role is best suited for a person with knowledge of the automobiles. The right person for this position must be creative, self motivated, willing, and capable of using social media and messenger platforms to increase sales opportunities. Honesty and integrity are required. Candidate must also be results-driven and have a good attitude.
Responsibilities:
· Converting, social media, online and showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, to match them to the most appropriate inventory.
· Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all inventory, and providing the potential customer with detailed information.
· Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating features.
· Building a rapport with customers to increase the possibility of current & future sales.
· Maintaining a customer database and timely communications with prospects.
· Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required.
· Support dealership sponsored community and sales events.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
