Position Overview
The RN Clinical Supervisor acts on behalf of the Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, and administrators in dealing with Nursing and operational issues by facilitating communication and problem-solving and by providing guidance, direction, education, and support to the nursing employees while observing, assessing and evaluation the quality of care provided for residents.

Preferred:
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing
Previous supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
Position Qualifications
Minimum Required:
- A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Three (3) years of progressive Nursing experience.
License/Certification
Current New York State Registered Nurse License
CPR within 3 months of hire
