Carrico Pediatric Therapy Inc. is a private clinic that provides occupational, physical and speech therapy services to children 0-18 years of age across multiple counties in Southern California. It was established in 2015 by Lan Carrico with the mission to develop clinics in needed areas to service the community by provide quality and evidence based practice. Each Carrico clinic is designed with the goal to provide a warm and welcoming work environment and using state of the art equipment to patients and their families. We currently have clinics in the city of San Dimas, Rancho Cucamonga, Temecula, Murrieta, and Fullerton.

- We get to participate and help in our never-ending workshop hosting (previous courses include Beckman Oral Motor, SOS Approach to Feeding with Dr. Kay Toomey, and NDT Techniques with Lois Bly). We just hosted a huge workshop consisting of 160+ practitioners from all parts of the world that flew into LA to attend the most popular pediatric feeding course.
- We get to be a part of the Swallowing Fellowship Program to work towards our swallowing certification in the state of California. Lan Carrico meets with her team of OTs once a week for the Swallowing Fellowship Program.
- We have access to someone from Quality Assurance during the onboarding process to assist with our training. It does not matter if you are a new grad or have a few years under your belt, you have access to a skilled therapist as needed to help you problem solve through your caseload.

- 4 times a year, we have staff development days, covering multidisciplinary topics from our team members to further expand our knowledge in various areas.

Responsibilities
Our PT work collaboratively with the therapy team to provide evidence based practice to children 0-18 years of age in a fun, supportive and stimulating environment.
Qualifications
Must have a Physical Therapy License with the state of California.

Salary & Benefits
Our PT's starting salary is $80K per year with vacation PTO, sick PTO, paid holidays, mental health day, staff development days, CEU reimbursement, 4% retirement match, medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, etc.
