• Getting a deep understanding the product requirements from the user’s perspective
• Identify target personas for whom the product is to be created
• Conduct competitive and comparative analysis of similar products
• Review metrics and analytics for existing products (in case redesigning an existing product)
• Creating user flows to reflect the user’s ideal experience while using the product
• Creating and prioritizing user stories with the client team to identify more granular steps of value as the user is planned to use the product
• Brainstorming and coming up with initial sketches/concepts to meet the user requirements
• Creating ideal digital user experiences concepts and concept directions
• Working with internal and client team to iterate on the concepts
• Creating digital wireframe renderings of the concepts with visual designs applied
• Creating clickable prototypes of the concepts
• Creating and maintaining a style guide consistent with the product’s brand, including a relevant interactive elements
• Considerations for accessibility in designs created
• Design across screen sizes and form factors (desktop/tablet/mobile)
• Use of modern, delightful and aesthetic type and visuals in the design process
• Conducting user tests as well as seeking stakeholder feedback and iterating on changes
• Creating a visual and development specification in order for software development teams to implement the concept

• 1-3 years of experience working in a product design role
• 1-3 years of advanced experience in design tools like Figma, Sketch or the Adobe CC
• Portfolio showcasing prior experience designing advanced consumer and enterprise products
• Experience working in an agile software development environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to understand what clients and stakeholders are asking for, as well as to communicate ideas and opinions clearly
• Ability to identify suitable color palette to a product based on the client brand
• Knowledge of different types of typography, and ability to recommend suitable typography pairings for products being designed
• Experience creating and maintaining a style guide, and evolving the product based on
• Experience handing off designs to software developers
• Ability to multi task projects and own the product design process.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Industrial Design or related design discipline.
• A proactive, positive, can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

• Experience with Design Systems
• Experience using component libraries (e.g., Material UI)
• Experience Working with tools like Storybook to create a living design system
• Experience supporting or working closely with Product management with knowledge of software product management process
• Experience with project management and coordinating internal and client meetings
