We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

We are based in Davenport, IA, conveniently located off I-74 on Kimberly Road. Nearby amenities include an abundance of restaurant choices, retail shopping, grocers and public transportation.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Greet customers and obtain vehicle data
- Perform walk-around of vehicle
- Review manufacturer information to confirm warranty, recalls, etc. on vehicle
- Interview customer to obtain thorough description of their concern
- Test drive vehicle with customer as needed
- Advise customer of necessary service and routine maintenance
- Prepare repair orders with vehicle information and parts and labor estimates for repair
- Dispatch work to technicians
- Follow progress of vehicle repairs & advise customer of the status
- Contact customer when repairs are complete & explain work performed
- Establish and obtain customer method of payment if applicable
- Handle phone inquiries regarding appointments, work in process, or other customer questions
- Work with customer, technician or Service Manager to resolve customer concerns
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Excellent CSI
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to resolve customer complaints
- Ability to interpret, understand and explain technical service bulletins
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CDK Software experience preferred but not required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
