Job Description
We are an established ABA company with over 20 years of experience in the field. We are currently seeking a qualified BCBA/Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and be committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification or a valid license as a therapist (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or LMHC).
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We have the ability to maintain full-time and consistent caseloads so you will never have to worry about not getting enough hours to keep your days full and meaningful. We work with a number of diverse funding sources including the Florida Foster Care System, Medicaid, Tri-Care, CMS, Evernorth and various local agencies we are contracted with.
We are offering a sign-on bonus for qualified individuals after 30 days of employment based on the size of the case load accepted. The bonus amount for part-time staff member is $1500, and for full-time staff members, it is $3000.
