Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Pulling Weeds,

Potting Plants,

Trimming Plants,

Moving Plants,
-
Watering Plants,
-
Loading and Unloading Trailers,

General Housekeeping, and
-
Other plant related duties to be performed on a rotational basis with supervision.
Physical Requirements:
-
Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Depending on the seasonal workload, it may be necessary to work before and/or after the scheduled start and end of day times.

Perform manual labor while working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions.

Lift up to 50 pounds. Assistance will be provided for heavier or bulky items.

Stand for long periods of time and endure extensive walking.

Maintenance of plant material will require manually moving plants, trimming, using a shovel for digging, pulling weeds by hand, raking debris, and other tasks; all require an ability to bend, stoop and squat.

Load and unload plants and supplies on trailers and vehicles.

All applicants who have received a conditional offer of employment will be required to undergo and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Employees, thereafter , will under go and pass random drug and alcohol testing.
Beneficial Skills:

Nursery or landscape experience is helpful but not required.

Bilingual skills are helpful but not required.
