Job Description

HFO Trident a regional distributor of CNC machine tools, tooling and accessories, and related engineering and support services, is seeking a bold and detailed Parts Clerk, with the potential to grow into a larger role, within our field service group. This role will provide exciting opportunities to work for a dynamic company in a fast-paced, growing industry. HFO Trident is a division of Morris Group, Inc., one of the largest machine tool distribution networks in North America.

Job Responsibilities as Parts Clerk:

  • Responsible for part ordering, storage, inventory, and returns of parts.
  • Ensuring that service parts are ordered efficiently and accurately
  • Parts are quickly made available to technicians for pick-up or occasional delivery to the job site
  • Service van inventory replenishment
  • Timely shipment and receiving of inventory and customer orders

Other responsibilities

  • Ensuring parts warehouse is maintained in a clean, organized and orderly fashion
  • Ensuring timely loading and unloading of part shipments

Position Qualifications

Education

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience

  • Microsoft Office, and business systems a plus
  • ERP, CRM, or warehouse management software experience a plus
