Job Description
HFO Trident a regional distributor of CNC machine tools, tooling and accessories, and related engineering and support services, is seeking a bold and detailed Parts Clerk, with the potential to grow into a larger role, within our field service group. This role will provide exciting opportunities to work for a dynamic company in a fast-paced, growing industry. HFO Trident is a division of Morris Group, Inc., one of the largest machine tool distribution networks in North America.
Job Responsibilities as Parts Clerk:

Responsible for part ordering, storage, inventory, and returns of parts.
- Ensuring that service parts are ordered efficiently and accurately
- Parts are quickly made available to technicians for pick-up or occasional delivery to the job site
- Service van inventory replenishment
- Timely shipment and receiving of inventory and customer orders
Other responsibilities

Ensuring parts warehouse is maintained in a clean, organized and orderly fashion
- Ensuring timely loading and unloading of part shipments

Education

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience

Microsoft Office, and business systems a plus
- ERP, CRM, or warehouse management software experience a plus
