We are looking for a storeroom supervisor to manage the storeroom in the areas of safety, performance, manning, discipline, coaching and identifying inventory altering errors made by plant personnel in an effort to insure that the plant has an accurate inventory capable of providing all necessary spare and repaired parts to avoid critical plant and production equipment downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Use SAP to monitor Meadville’s storeroom consumption and stock levels and replenish all items via SAP and Ariba.

Run weekly reports including stock outs, red tag items, and the plant repair log.

Manage the inventory of Meadville’s tin

Create and manage raw material and packaging cycle counts

Lead the daily management meeting in the storeroom and report all plant safety issues

Execute and provide reports to accounting and inventory coordinator so that all financial reporting and inventory monitoring can occur

Maintain all packaging slips and bills of lading for auditing purposes

Primary plant authority to receive open PO’s in Ariba

Work with vendors for competitive price analysis, and work with corporate purchasing to establish plant contracts.

Provide support for VOPEX process.

Maintain inventory of DHS regulated SO2

Maintain all EHS and Plant Hydration stock levels

Perform purchasing for all plant personnel
Qualifications:
- SAP experience required, specifically inventory management, inventory transactions, MIGO, inventory replenishment, and sales agreements.

Capable of running reports in SAP and Ariba.

Previous management experience, including proven employee development strategies and abilities.
- Well versed and trained in all Microsoft office products.
- Experience executing physical inventories.

DOT HAZMAT ground shipper.

Experience with SAP PM, primarily planned and work orders.
