Job Description:
KMA is looking for an Audit Senior/Manager to grow and manage an audit team. As an Audit Manager, you will use your technical and leadership skills to oversee the completion of on-budget financial statement audits and reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the auditing of all required financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
- Perform the detailed work of audits, reviews, some compilations, and other assurance services for clients.
- Support multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress and audit results to senior management.
- Training and supervising less experienced colleagues and providing consistent, regular feedback.
- Expand industry knowledge through greater exposure to peers, internal experts, clients, regular self-study, and formal training opportunities.
- Assist with the preparation and review of business tax returns as tax season may require.
- Be a proactive problem solver and sought-after business adviser to our clients in a variety of business improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or related disciplines.
- Active CPA license.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Public Accounting environment.
- Strong auditing, analytical and report-writing skills.
- Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent service.
- Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Adhere to the firm's values and code of conduct.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with great interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience; with bonuses based on collections.
