PAID CDL DRIVER TRAINING
WE HAVE OPENINGS AT OUR BEALETON, GAINESVILLE, AND LEESBURG LOCATIONS!!
This paid 11-week training program combines on the job training at one of our ready-mix concrete plants with professional Class B CDL driver training at our CDL training facility that upon successful of results in a Class B Commercial Drivers License and a full-time career as a Concrete Delivery Professional.
Training will begin on March 20, 2023, at our Bealeton, Gainesville, or Leesburg concrete plant locations. During this 4-week period, participants will learn all the skills necessary to be a successful Concrete Delivery Professional.
Beginning April 17, 2023, participants will transition to our 4-week Class B CDL driver training facility located in Woodford Virginia that includes in class, driving range and on the road training.
***Mileage and housing assistance available for those candidates living 50 miles or more from the Woodford CDL training facility ***
After successfully obtaining their Class B with Airbrakes commercial drivers license, participants will conclude their training by being assigned to an Onsite trainer back at their home location.
- Must have a satisfactory driving record with no more than 2 points on current record.

Must be 21 years of age

Must certify that during the 2-year period immediately prior to applying for a CDL, you have not had:

More than 1 license or had any license suspended, revoked or canceled.

Any conviction in any type of motor vehicle for major qualifying offenses including but not limited to a felony involving the use of a motor vehicle or more than one conviction in any type of motor vehicle for serious traffic violations.

Any violation of state or local law relating to motor vehicle traffic control arising in connection with any traffic accident.

Any conviction for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Must have satisfactory job references.

Must pass a DOT physical.

Must have a negative pre-training and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.

Must have reliable transportation to, from and during class.

Must have steel/composite toe boots (with ankle support).

Must be able to read, write and speak English sufficiently.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently
