Job Description
The Paid Media Jr. Specialist is responsible for understanding basic strategies for all aspects of executing clients’ paid media campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, or any additional networks/platforms depending on client needs.
The Paid Media Jr. Specialist will manage paid media budget allocations, accurate pacing, campaign implementation, & monitoring for a book of business between 30-45 accounts, acting as a day-to-day subject matter expert for assigned clients, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting, escalation management, as well as responding to ad-hoc requests. The Paid Media Coordinator will work on entry - mid- tier level paid media accounts directly with account managers & your pod lead.
The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated self-starter with strong product knowledge and work ethic. The candidate would also exhibit strong time management, communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Facebook, and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
- Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and monitor keywords, bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
- Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords.
- Perform daily redflag monitoring for impressions, conversions, & budget pacing.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
- Perform AdHoc support requests
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
- Actively manage digital media paid search campaigns to the clients’ weekly and monthly budget goals.
- Communicate with client services, sales reps and clients on all elements of the campaign, including performance, project status and client goals.
- Acts as a positive example of Company Culture, staying on top of daily work and following process
Desired experience:
- Minimum 2 yeas of experience in dedicated paid search digital marketing media preferably with Agency experience
- Experience with PPC, bid monitoring and adjustment of paid search digital media campaigns across multiple sites, defining terms and writing effective copy, highly relevant and targeted to clients' products and/or services.
- Experience managing large paid search digital marketing media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metrics
- Very strong client -facing experience with direct responsibilities including regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, performance management, clear & concise communication skills, both verbal and written & strong presentation skills
- Google and Bing certified
- Experience with internal site visitor reporting/tracking programs or software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
