RN Clinical Supervisor, Long-Term Care - $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
United Health Services is seeking full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisors (evening, or night shift) to join our Senior Living at Ideal long-term care team in Endicott, New York. This position is eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

RN Clinical Supervisor Position Overview
The RN Clinical Supervisor acts on behalf of the Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, and the administrative team in managing nursing practice and operational issues. Working alongside an interdisciplinary care team, you will promote a caring and healing environment for senior residents.
Job Responsibilities
- Investigate operational problems and make administrative judgements and decisions through consultation with the Director of Nursing and/or on-call administrator as necessary
- Provide guidance, direction, education, and support to nursing employees to ensure quality of care and resident safety
- Perform regular rounds on all nursing units to observe resident care and work performance; provide feedback to Nurse Managers
- Address employee, patient, and family concerns and complaints using facility systems
- Collaborate with unit staff and Nurse Managers determine staffing needs
- Act as a facilitator for collaborative efforts between nursing and medical staff
- Assist is disseminating information and answering questions about policy/procedure changes or other facility communications

Position Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 3 years of progressive nursing experience
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State
- CPR certification within 3 months of hire
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and previous supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
