Opportunity Description
We are an established, licensed and highly rated Private-Duty Home Care Organization successfully serving the San Luis Obispo County region since 2008. We have an immediate opening for an exceptional Agency Sales and Operations Executive (ASOE). Success in this role will be solely based on demonstrating exceptional job performance and achieving business metrics, as defined and determined by the Agency Owners.
The position is based in the city of San Luis Obispo, California. The selected individual will be expected to be in the office a minimum of three days per week and in the field doing business development/sales and clients re-assessments two days per week.
In this “Individual Contributor role,” the ASOE will execute Agency operations and tasks as specified by the franchise owner and the VP of HR and Legal. We are looking for a professional with an exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong business acumen, an in-depth understanding of the Senior Home Care industry in San Luis Obispo County, exceptional business development initiative, and deep relationships with leaders at local community influence centers (e.g., Home Health Agencies, Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centers, Skilled Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities etc.).
Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. Local candidates preferred but exceptional candidates willing to relocate will also be considered.

Job Requirements
- Five+ years of Home Care leadership experience in Private Duty Home Care or Home Health, Senior Living, Hospital, Rehabilitation Center or Assisted Living Facility operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate degree a plus.
- Business Development experience in finding and retaining in-home care clients, with the motivation and drive to promote Senior Helpers services and grow the business top-line.
- A passion for connecting and serving Seniors in the comfort of their homes.
- Growing the Home Care Aide team, ensuring successful on-boarding and training of home care aides, maximizing retention, and minimizing turnover.
- Becoming the Agency expert in our customers unique and changing needs, matching the customers with the right Home Care Aides, and creating/maintaining the Home Care Aides daily schedule.
- A desire to learn and become proficient in the Agency's client assessment system and other technology tools enabling us to provide exceptional customer service.
- Travel within territory as required to grow the business and achieve operational metrics.
Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local Influence Center leaders+practitioners in Home Health Agencies, Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities.
- Meet and connect with client prospects and their families, follow up and conduct in-home prospect assessments, and successfully convert assessments to paying, long-term clients.
- Learn, apply and leverage Agency technologies to get new clients and serve them.
- Conduct client-reassessments on a predictable schedule and build a long-term relationship with clients and their families.
- Source, identify, interview, and hire home care aides from a mix of online and brick and mortar sources.
- Onboard home care aides by leveraging our exceptional on-boarding and training program.
- Manage, motivate, and retain the caregiving team to maximize retention and minimize turn-over.
- Schedule and match home care aides with customer’s, based on matching home care aide’s capabilities and location with the customer’s specific requirements.
- Introduce home care aides to customers and ensure a successful home care aide and customer start-up.
- Keep all customer data current in the Agency’s business operations platform.
- Ensure that all home-care aide state registrations, training requirements, and all other relevant licenses are always up to date.
- Must be able and willing to travel within territory as required.
