POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Compliance Specialist (CS) is to ensure billing accuracy while maximizing funding and optimizing programming and person-centered planning. Ensures accurate person-centered attendance through daily, hourly, monthly and milestone billing while identifying errors, coaching Direct Support Professionals on corrective measures and training new hires on the documentation process. As directed by Sr Director of QA, will verify and track trainings - PCP, BP, NCP, Mandt, etc.
This is a full-time position. Work hours are primarily Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, Sociology, Vocational Evaluation, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience working with persons with developmental disabilities or experience in the human services field. Previous experience in coordinating human service programs preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and database management software skills.
