Prescription Fitness Physical Therapy and Sports Care has an immediate opening for a full-time physical therapist. We are seeking a motivated professional to join our growing staff to treat patients with orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Applicants should possess a NYS license or be eligible. Experience will be given preference, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Clinical Specialist Certification in sports or orthopaedics is a plus. Scope of practice:
Prescription Fitness Physical Therapy and Sports Care specializes in the treatment of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries, with over 30 years of combined experience and a broad spectrum of patient demographics. Our therapists possess advanced certification/specialization with the APTA (OCS) and the NSCA (CSCS).
Practice Information:
Prescription Fitness Physical Therapy and Sports Care is a 4,400 square foot facility built in 2013 that includes a 2,000 sq. ft open gym area. We have a strong referral base/relationship with a large number of orthopaedists and general practitioners between Rochester and Syracuse, New York. The clinic accepts most major medical insurances. Some of our specialty equipment includes the LiteCure Class IV laser system, Cryonic Neurocryostimulator, “The Wave” whole body vibration trainer, Game Ready cryotherapy system, Biodex Balance System SD, and the ATM-2 pro (Active Therapeutic Movement www.backproject.com/).

Pay: $54,677.95 - $100,000.00 per year
