Main Function:
- Provides high-quality test results with a minimum of supervision.
- Coordinates these services within & outside Thompson Health to meet & exceed needs & expectations of our customers.
- Actively supports the mission, goals, and objectives of UR Medicine Thompson Health.

- Demonstrates thorough understanding of MRI safety regulations for established MRI protocols.
Qualifications (Licenses, Certifications)
- Required Current, valid AART, NMTCB or RDMS. MR Registry within 1 year of hire.
- Basic CPR training required or to be completed within three months of hire.
Education:
- A.A.S. degree required, B.S. preferred.
Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to perform Magnetic Resonance Imaging independently required.
Complexity of Duties:
- Operates independently and/or with other Associates in the provision of MRI exams to patients within the health care system. Utilizes critical thinking skills as necessary to prioritize patient care based on acuity. Utilizes creativity and previous clinical knowledge to maximize diagnostic information. Utilizes resourcefulness to maximize productivity of time and equipment. On-Call Required
