LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Associates, an affiliate of Forensic Psychology & Neuropsychology Services, P.C., with offices in Pennington and Morristown, New Jersey, is seeking a dynamic licensed, clinical psychologist to join our growing, vibrant, and well-established team with highly diverse cases involving both adults and children. We are a unique specialty practice that also serves as an approved training site for postdoctoral fellows in neuropsychology/psychology and doctoral level externs.
We are seeking a growth-oriented individual who is a team player. This person should be highly competent in the ability to perform clinical intake interviews/consultations, and in clinical note taking. This individual should have solid therapy/trauma treatment skills and be able to utilize a variety of techniques including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and have an interest/skill in behavioral treatment such as using biofeedback to treat insomnia and chronic pain. This individual should have an openness to learning about mild Traumatic Brain Injury treatment and in learning rehabilitation psychology techniques including cognitive rehabilitation, for which we will provide training. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certification would be very helpful but is not required. An interest and skill set in psychological and cognitive assessments are also helpful.
Training in forensic practice is offered to psychologists in this position, as needed and if interested. The caseload is predominantly adult oriented with some child referrals. This position will build a treatment caseload involving Workers Comp cases, NJ PIP/MVA cases, private insurance company cases, Medicare cases and private pay cases, and including a broad range of mental health disorders.
Compensation is competitive for this position and will be fee for service as an employee. Benefits are available after the 90-day probationary period for full-time employees and prorated benefits are offered for part-time employees.
Part-time preferred; however, full-time options will be considered. A part-time position can be increased to full-time with an increasing caseload. Start date is as soon as possible. Evening and Saturday hours are available, if needed.

Qualifications – Education/Experience:
Must be licensed as a psychologist or be license eligible as a psychologist in New Jersey. The position requires a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-approved doctoral program and with the mandated pre- and postdoctoral training.
