Inside Sales Representative
The US Home Pro, one of the fastest growing home improvement companies in the country, is looking for persuasive/reliable part-time (possible full-time) Inside Sales Rep/Brand Ambassadors to work with our partner, The Home Depot. We are the exclusive contractor with them for their cabinet makeover, countertop, closet organization, and garage solution programs.
During the pandemic, homes have become safe havens for families. Homeowners are spending less money on recreation and more money investing it in their homes. While other businesses have slowed, our product sales has accelerated at an unprecedented rate.

You will earn a starting hourly base of $15.00 plus an opportunity for BONUSES.
We are looking for a few well-spoken, energetic Lead Generators to explain our products and services to homeowners visiting The Home Depot and events throughout the Buffalo area. We are a part of a community culture where we care for each other and keep each other safe.
As a lead generation position, this position requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections and keep a positive attitude. A very independent position, Lead Generators travel to and from stores and events with setup items, so reliable transportation is required. Our Brand Ambassadors will be needed at various times including weekday mornings, early evenings, and also weekends. Work schedules can be made to accommodate classes or other commitments. The position is part-time (possible full-time) and includes early evenings and weekends.
A background in customer service is a plus but not mandatory. We will train you! Students, Home-makers, and retirees are also welcome to apply!
A successful candidate for this role would play a key component in our company’s growth by actively engaging with customers at events and showings, persuading them to schedule an appointment with our sales team. No pushy marketing here! We are in the business of creating relationships and don't believe in any door-to-door sales to achieve success.
THE ROLE
- Being friendly and talking to anyone and everyone
- Setting appointments
- Meeting or exceeding appointment setting goals within system guidelines.
- Handling every prospect and customer with product knowledge, knowledge of competitive products, empathy and world class service.
- Generate sales leads for our sales team.
- Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers.
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers.
- Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives
THE RIGHT PERSON
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- A positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow and be a part of a team
- Ability to work at outdoor events and stand for extended periods of time
- Must pass a background screening
- Have reliable transportation and possess a valid state driver's license.
- Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
- Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
- Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
- Maintains a professional appearance
