We are seeking a Agile Business Analyst. This role will be responsible for investigating, documenting, and delivering process and technology solutions to complex business problems as part of the Growth product team. This team is responsible for supporting the technology needs of our Corporate and Advisor Marketing teams, Partner Programs and prospecting teams, Corporate Communications team, and Content team. A successful Business Analyst for the Growth team will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, the ability to support a diverse set of stakeholders and software needs, and a knack for problem solving. We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in a face-paced environment with evolving priorities and excels at turning ambiguous business requests into robust technical requirements.
The salary target for this role is $70-80K; this position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus plan.

Primary Job Functions
Business Analysis – Drive frictionless service via thoughtful deployment of technology
Gather, analyze, document, and validate process and technology requirements from business stakeholders
Serve as conduit between business and technology team members to facilitate efficient communication and delivery
Consult with the business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value
Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional areas related to the product team
Agile Product Team – Lead and support proactive adoption of agile process
Help lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, scrum, demos, and retrospectives
Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset
Evaluate and provide feedback on agile adoption within the team and organization
Facilitate cross-functional communication to eliminate knowledge gaps
Subject Matter Expertise – Build expertise working with the Growth product team
Put past experience to use working on a team that matches interests
Work with many areas of the business to understand how each is intertwined and create a backlog of user stories to support seamless processes
Support change management with effective communication to end users and the centralized training team
Work with newly acquired firms to understand and document their needs within the broader context of the transitioning to WEG’s technology platform
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business; MIS, finance, economics, technology or related
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parts of the business
Ability to support a diverse set of business stakeholders with complex software needs
Superior written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience with Salesforce required
Experience with Agile development required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – ability to combine and analyze large data sets to identify solutions and drive decision making
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or comparable tool – ability to develop process maps and document solution design
Interest in learning more basic technical skills such as database structure, simple database queries, and system integration
