What you will do:
As a Regional Class A Driver for the Sherwin-Williams Award-Winning Private Fleet, you may travel within the 13 states of the Northeast region and Canada based on business needs. Work could include moving product between distribution centers, taking raw materials to manufacturing facilities, store deliveries (requires freight touch with pallet jack), as needed - and any other services related to business needs. Drivers are required to maintain accurate DOT trip logs, conduct vehicle inspections and comply with all DOT regulations.
What you need to be successful:
Must be at least 23 years of age
Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License
Must have, or be willing to obtain, both a Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsement
Must have at least 2 years of Class A combination (tractor/trailer) driving experience within the last 10 years
Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
Must have the legal right to work in this country without needing sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of Class A Combination (tractor/trailer) driving experience in the last 5 years
Tight backing experience
Freight touch experience
Similar driving type experience
